Popstar e artista, donna di business e icona di tutte le epoche che ha vissuto, visionaria come nessuna, impenitente e capace di scandalizzare, anche a 56 (come nelle foto in topless per Interview, vedi l'articolo qui accanto).Madonna è di nuovo, per la quarta volta, la musa scelta da Versace per essere il volto della campagna Primavera/Estate 2015. Le immagini, scattate a New York City da Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, provano a catturare il potere sfrontato e continuamente in divenire della diva: i capi che indossa sono della collezione Versace Primavera/Estate 2015.  Quello con la Maison italiana è un sodalizio che inizia nel 1995, con le foto di Steven Meisel, e corre lungo tre decenni, cementato anche dall'amicizia dell'icona con Donatella Versace che l'ha descritta come "un modello per le altre donne: ci dice come possiamo fare quello che vogliamo, e ottenere ciò che vogliamo, e farlo per tutta la vita, senza compromessi". La Signora della moda italiana ha poi raccontato un aneddoto. Sul set la star le ha chiesto: "Quale personaggio vuoi che interpreti". La risposta? Madonna, e chi altro.
